Investigating

ISS is currently investigating some of the lingering effects of the Jabber issues resolved earlier in the week. While most have been resolved as individual issues, ISS has discovered an infrastructure issue preventing users from access Jabber without using the VPN.

VPN users are unaffected, and if any user is having issues with Jabber we suggest first connecting to the VPN. We will post updates here as we work on this issue. (Ticket 442987)
