Incident Report for CU Anschutz OIT | CU Denver OIT

Resolved

A process within Sitefinity appeared to have hung slowing the servers to the point they were not responding. Before any troubleshooting measures could be taken the process apparently completed and all servers resumed normal function. Total time of issue was about 10 minutes
