What service is affected: Account management (password reset) and course enrollment service (add / drop courses)
What fix has been applied: A configuration change has been implemented, tested and verified and account management and course enrollment services have been restored to full functionality.

Investigating
Information Strategy and Services (ISS) is aware of and currently investigating a service disruption.
What service is affected: Account management (password reset) and course enrollment service (add / drop courses)
What is the issue: Users may experience issues in changing passwords, account claiming, and delays in Canvas showing adding or dropping courses may exist
Who is impacted: Faculty, Staff, Students and prospective students on both CU Anschutz & CU Denver Campuses
Workarounds (if any): No workaround for claiming new accounts. Existing users can contact the Service Desk (303-724-4357) for help resetting passwords
