As part of our ongoing efforts to improve user experience with university applications, as well as enhance IT security to protect your information and university data, the Information Strategy and Services (ISS) Identity Management team has been working on migrating a key system to the cloud.

This migration will be occurring from May 20 through May 23, 2025.
There is no impact expected for existing university users.
New student and employee user accounts assigned during this time will be created and provisioned (permissions and access granted to university users for university systems and facilities) after this maintenance window.

These dates have been specifically chosen to be the least impactful to the university community. ISS and Denver OIT are working with multiple departments and vendors campuswide in order to implement this migration quickly and effectively so as not to prolong any potential disruption to university business and learning.

While we do not expect any existing user impacts, due to the integral nature of this system some applications may be affected during this maintenance window. Please contact the OIT Service Desk at 303-724-4357 if you encounter any issues.

We are excited to streamline the user provisioning process (granting access and permissions to university users for university systems and facilities), and to provide more stabilized application services for the tools that you regularly use as well as a more secure system that will protect all university users and their information.
